A commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company was growing rapidly and preparing for two new product launches. With the Medical Affairs team growing rapidly, there was a need for organizational structure, launch readiness planning, coordination with internal stakeholders, and enhanced value communication.
Working closely with the global Medical Affairs team, MIANDIS embedded innovative processes, team effectiveness measures, and launch planning.
